One of the most delicious desserts, and a lot easier to make than you think.  It's a custard with a crunchy caramel top. Give it a try, it's worth it!  Can be kept in the fridge for a few days, so make a few more than you need.

These are traditionally cooked in a tandoor, but can be baked in a conventional oven too.  They're not quite as fluffy, but just as yummy.  There are lots of variations on naan recipes for the oven, this is just one of them.

Although very delicious plain or with a little butter/marg, in our house this has become known as 'Sicky cake' due to it's appearance after 24 hours of soaking the ingredients!
