A handy tool for you to track your daily food intake.  The food lists are created by yourself, so you enter exactly what food you actually eat, in the quantity you eat it.

You can also enter your daily calories needed to sustain/lose weight and it will tell you how many calories you have left that day.

Use the Calorie Burning Calculator to calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the number of calories you burn on a daily basis (based on your weight and age).

Note that this equation only gives a rough estimate. Depending on your activity level, you may require more or less calories.
