| I have just finished my second weekof dieting and have lost another 2lbs bringing my total to 10lbs so far.... not bad! I worked out this morning that i will have to lose on average 2lbs a week for the next 25 weeks to hit my target weight. That's a bit depressing but hey i'm getting married in 286 days. Need to join a gym, workout video's are fine if u actually put effort in and have the right shape living room! Why is it that in workout videos the instructor always wants you to do some diagonal pattern across the room when the room is so no big enough for that type of thing!! And they always say you are doing so well.... when how do they know.... you could be sat on the sofa eating a big bag of crisps.
I've had some wine tonight so i'm writing far more than i should and will look back at this and think 'you don't half talk some s**t' Anyhoo, that's me for now Fee, get your ass into gear and let's go to curves!!
